today woke up @ 10, bathed and headed to compass to meet the 'doctor' for my wonderful medicine. haha, actually meeting @ 11 but somehow the time was pushed back.
finally saw him @ 12.20 i think. LOL, while waiting had my breakfast, yummy.
after that went the factory opposite my house, heard of the brand CAMEL?
