hey everybirdy, i've got something really important to say which is, MY PRACTICAL EXAM IS FINALLY OVER! WAH HOO~ the night before i was still worrying about how am i gonna cook the 2 types chicken as i've nv try it at home before! these 2 recipes was last minute decided which is ytd night ard 10 plus so i've got totally no time to try it out. got no choice but to try my luck on the spot today. i've cooked prawn in tomatoes which is pasta,two weird weird chicken, and maple wafer. i quite like the wafer cause it looks quite cute after the decorations. i really had a hard time during the practical, when i was about to finsish cooking my last dish i don't even have a clean tablespoon to use. It shows that i have a pile of utensils and equipments to wash! OH my, i'm already late to present my dishes. Luckily with the help of other FnN students in the cookery room, i managed to present faster. THANKS!! and also not forgetting jia bei, wenting and aishah for helping me to wash the stuffs, clear up my area and also helped me pack up.. really a very BIG THANKS to them! ahha, really happy cause its finally over and i dont have to keep worrying about the food, how is is gonna be like ? .. wah~~ now arh.. ji shuang wor. haha.lastly lastly lastly! not forgetting my MUM!! she really helped me a lot, the ingredients really burnt a hole in her pocket. i'm sorry!
